503 Baseball is now offering catching school. This class is specifically designed for athletes that want to train to develop their skills within the following skill sets.

Training Overview:

• Proper set up
• Framing / Presentation of the baseball
• Bare hand and Glove drills

• Reaction drills
• Block and recover to throw

• Proper arm care warm up
• Throwing sequence drills 
• Proper foot work
